All animals will receive a
basic physical exam. There will be a $12 charge
per animal for the exam.
Clients receiving only a microchip or rabies vaccine
may waive this exam.

Unruly animals may be
muzzled at the discretion of the medical staff.
The clinic is for the
maintenance of healthy animals and is not
intended for the diagnosis or treatment of illness.

including low-cost spay/neuter programs,
euthanasia services and cremation may also be scheduled

services are not part of the Wellness Clinic and must be
